Fotografija... hobi, ljubezen, droga. Ko se zaljubiš, se zaljubiš za večno. Ko te zasvoji, ni zdravila. Ni lepšega občutka kot gledanje skozi objektiv, lovljenje čarobnih trenutkov življenja. Vedno znova in znova si navdahnjen, enkrat z naravo, drugič z ljudmi. Motivov nikoli ne zmanjka, vsak nov dan je čaroben in vsaka ura dneva nam da nešteto možnosti za nove fotografije. Nikoli se ne nehaš učiti, vedno odkrivaš nekaj novega, nekaj, kar do tedaj še nisi poznal. S kamero v roki ni nikoli dolgčas, pa četudi si sam.

Photography,... hobby, love, drug. When you fall in love, you fall in love forever. When you're addicted, there is no cure. No feeling is more beautiful, than catching magical moments of life through the lense. You're always inspired, once with nature, another time with people. Motives are endless, every new day is magical, every hour of the day gives us numerous possibilities for photography. You never stop to learn, you always discover someting new, something you didn't know till then. It never gets boring or lonely with a camera in your hand, even if you're alone.

Dobrega fotografa ne naredi oprema, saj lahko ostro oko in dober občutek naredita prečudovito fotografijo tudi z najpreprostejšo kamero. Seveda pa dobre opreme nikakor ne gre zanemariti. Ravno nasprotno, čudovit motiv lahko hitreje ujameš in ga ohraniš za večno. Med najosnovnejšo opremo spadajo leče, stojalo, bliskavica. Seveda ne gre zanemariti rezervnih baterij, saj se po navadi izpraznijo ob najbolj neprimernem trenutku. Dobro je tudi, da imamo na voljo več različnih leč, saj vsaka ni primerna za fotografiranje v določenem trenutku. Seveda pa je na koncu vse odvisno od tistega, ki stoji za kamero − od tistega, ki ima dober občutek, ostro oko in veliko domišljije, da najde prečudovite motive, ki se nam ponujajo.

Equiptment doesn't make a good photographer. A sharp eye and a good feeling, can make a brilliant photography whith the most simple camera. But a good equiptment, never hurt anybody. Quite the opposite. With a good equiptment you can catch a beautifull motive quicker and keep it forever. The basic equiptment are lenses, tripod, flash. Of course we can not go anywhere without some extra batteries, as they can go empty just at the wrong time. It is also good to have a few different lenses, because not every lense is right for every moment. But of course, in the end it all comes down to the one behind the lense. To the one with a great feeling, sharp eye and lots of imagination, to find the most beautiful motives that are out there, offering themselves to us.
